It is $899 for 4 weeks of injections at Tiers 4-6. Injections include both the weight loss medication as well as a MICC injection (a lipotropic with vitamins to promote fat burning). Tirzepatide $799/4 weeks (includes MICC injection, a lipotropic with B vitamins to promote fat burning ) While on Tirzepatide or Semaglutide, please be mindful to increase your fluid & protein intake as well as eat small amounts of food throughout the day even if you are not hungry.
