Our Policies

JSJ has policies in place to promote a comfortable environment and to show respect to our patients and staff. We ask that you treat our administrative staff with respect and decency upon the enforcement of our policies.

Appointment Policy

Our appointments are reserved just for you. Please be considerate and understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time. As a courtesy to our providers and to other patients, we ask that you provide our office a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or no showed outside the 24 hour window we will require a $50 deposit on all upcoming appointments scheduled with us. If a client has three or more late cancellations or no-show appointments, this may result in a requirement of full deposit prior to next visit or possible termination from the practice.

Late Policy

Our administrative team evaluates the amount of time that you need with the provider for your treatment(s) and/or consultation. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time and also cause the provider to be late for the next scheduled appointment. We understand that life gets crazy and things come up, however, your treatment may be shortened and/or cancelled & rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the scheduled treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to complete the service.

Refund Policy

TREATMENT/SERViCES:
Once services are purchased they will not be refunded. Refunds are not given on services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. All other refunds will be as Spa credit only. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the greatest desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results. If you are contraindicated for the scheduled treatment or your provider chooses not to pursue treatment, refunds are available.

All injectable treatment sales are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

PRODUCTS:
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-spa credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our appointment, late, cancellation/no-show, and refund policy.
