2. Definitions

“Services” include in-person treatments, telehealth consultations, prescription management, online booking, and any digital interaction with JSJ.
“User” refers to any visitor, patient, or customer.
“PHI” means Protected Health Information under HIPAA.

3. Medical Disclaimer

All services are elective and provided by licensed professionals in accordance with Massachusetts and New Hampshire law. Information on this site is educational and does not replace individualized medical advice.

4. Telehealth Services

Telehealth services may include virtual consultations, hormone optimization, GLP-1 therapy, peptide therapy, and prescription services. Telehealth is subject to provider licensure and patient location requirements. Users acknowledge risks including technical interruptions and privacy limitations inherent to digital care.

5. No Emergency Services

This website and telehealth platform are not intended for emergency medical care.

6. User Representations

Payment is due at time of service. Deposits may be required. Prescription medications are final sale. Chargebacks without valid basis may result in collection efforts and recovery of fees.

• Attempt unauthorized access to medical records
• Reverse engineer or duplicate site content

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and treatment protocols are the exclusive property of JSJ.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify JSJ from claims arising from inaccurate disclosures or misuse of prescriptions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to good-faith mediation prior to binding arbitration in the county where services were rendered.
Class action participation is waived.

14. Governing Law

Massachusetts law governs services rendered in Massachusetts.
New Hampshire law governs services rendered in New Hampshire.

15. Modifications

JSJ may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
