Jessica St. Jean, NP-C, Owner of JSJ Aesthetics
Jessica St. Jean, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of JSJ Aesthetics & Wellness, established in 2014. With locations in Methuen, MA; Salem, NH; and the newest addition in Medford, MA, Jessica has grown her practice into one of the largest and most sought-after medical spas in New Hampshire.
Jessica began her healthcare career in 2004 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, caring for post-thoracic surgery patients. Her work as a nurse inspired her transition into aesthetic medicine, combining her clinical expertise with a passion for wellness and beauty.
At JSJ Aesthetics, Jessica offers a wide range of advanced cosmetic and wellness services. These include Botox, dermal fillers, Hydrafacial, SkinCeuticals treatments, Sylfirm X, Ultherapy, PDO Max thread lifts, microneedling, and more. Her wellness offerings feature bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, sexual wellness treatments, urinary incontinence solutions, IV hydration, and nutrition counseling.
A respected leader in her field, Jessica is also a highly regarded aesthetic trainer. In 2018, she was selected as a Faculty Member for the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN), allowing her to merge her clinical expertise with her love for teaching. In 2020, she became a trainer for PDO Max, where she educates medical professionals on thread lifting and collagen stimulation techniques. She also offers private training sessions to fellow injectors across the region.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire (2003) and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Rivier University (2019). She is a proud member of the Massachusetts Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau.
Her dedication and impact in the industry have not gone unnoticed—Jessica was named the #1 requested trainer in New England in 2022 and was recently honored to speak at a national Galderma virtual training event. Her genuine rapport, compassion, and commitment to excellence continue to inspire loyalty from her patients and peers alike.
Sarah Hanson, RN – Lead Nurse & Advanced Medical Injector
Sarah is a Registered Nurse licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She began her medical career in 2015 as a Medical Assistant in Primary Care and Dermatology in Boston, MA, later earning her RN in 2019. Her background includes experience in Urgent Care, Medical-Surgical, Oncology, and Psychiatric Nursing, providing her with a strong clinical foundation and compassionate approach to patient care.
With a lifelong passion for wellness and aesthetics, Sarah also earned her Aesthetician License in 2008 from Elizabeth Grady. She transitioned into Medical Aesthetics in 2020 and has been an integral part of JSJ Aesthetics & Wellness for over four years.
As an Advanced Medical Injector and Lead Nurse, Sarah provides a full range of advanced cosmetic and wellness treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, skin tightening procedures, and laser rejuvenation. She also plays a pivotal role in JSJ’s Wellness Program, specializing in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and vitamin therapy.
Sarah leads our nursing team with dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping every client look and feel their absolute best radiating confidence from the inside out.
Danielle Ayotte - Practice Administrator
Practice Administrator, Certified Medical Assistant, Medical Aesthetic consultant, Team Leader at JSJ Aesthetics & Wellness
Danielle has received her ABS in Medical Management and is a Certified Medical Assistant with over 20 years of experience in the medical and aesthetics field. She has extensive knowledge in medical aesthetic and regenerative procedures and has both assisted in and performed many treatments throughout her career.
Danielle joined the JSJ Aesthetics & Wellness team in 2021 as Practice Manager and now serves as Practice Administrator, overseeing operations at both our Salem, NH and Medford, MA locations. Her role includes managing daily operations, staff coordination, compliance, patient experience, and business development within our growing practice. She is also passionate about client education, helping patients understand treatment options and creating customized long-term aesthetic and wellness plans tailored to each individual.
Danielle absolutely loves being part of this incredible team helping women feel confident, beautiful, and radiant from the inside out. JSJ Aesthetics & Wellness is where beauty and wellness come together, and Danielle’s leadership ensures that every client experience reflects that mission.
Danielle resides in Pelham, NH with her three beautiful boys.
Malazia Nassiff- Medical Esthetician/Pro Makeup Artist
Malazia is a Master Esthetician and Professional Makeup Artist with nearly a decade of experience in the beauty industry. A graduate of the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics (2015), she has since enhanced the natural beauty of hundreds of brides, completing over 100 weddings in the past seven years.
With extensive knowledge of advanced skincare lines such as SkinCeuticals and Alastin, Malazia specializes in results-driven treatments like HydraFacials, as well as precision brow services including waxing, threading, lamination, tinting, and henna. Her true passion lies in makeup artistry, where she focuses on enhancing each client’s natural features with artistry and care.
When she’s not at JSJ, Malazia cherishes time with her son and loved ones, balancing her dedication to clients with the joys of motherhood.
Brooke Lemarie - Medical Assistant/ Assistant Manager
Brooke is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional in the medical aesthetics space, recently graduating from the University of New Hampshire in May 2025. She currently works alongside Jessica, supporting both clinical and operational aspects of the practice to ensure an exceptional client experience from first contact to post-treatment care.
Her responsibilities include assisting with client procedure work-ups, performing phone triage, managing scheduling, addressing client concerns, and handling check-ins and check-outs. She also supports overall office management, helping to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment where clients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for.
With a strong foundation in patient care and a growing interest in the business and clinical sides of aesthetics, she is passionate about learning the latest technologies, refining client communication, and helping people feel confident in their skin. Her goal is to continue growing within the beauty and wellness industry, combining medical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a personalized approach to client service.
Dianara Torres- LPN/ Medical Esthetician
Dianara Torres is a licensed practical nurse who graduated in 2020 from the esteemed American School of Nursing and Medical Careers. With a background in pediatrics and substance abuse, she has honed her clinical skills in these essential areas of healthcare. Committed to continued professional growth, Dianara is currently pursuing her goal of becoming a registered nurse through Rivier University, with an expected completion date in 2024.
In her current role at JSJ Aesthetics & Wellness, Dianara provides exceptional support to Jessica in performing client procedures and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and the essential services they need. She skillfully manages scheduling for pre- and post-treatment appointments while efficiently triaging incoming phone calls.
Dianara has recently expanded her clinical skill set by becoming Botox certified and is now trained within our Skin Tightening Department, administering advanced treatments such as Ultherapy. She also plays an integral role in our Health & Wellness Division, supporting clients through various wellness services. Additionally, she has been cross-trained in our Aesthetics Division, offering professional skin consultations, Hydrafacials, and chemical peels.
The captivating field of aesthetic nursing has truly captured Dianara’s heart, and she considers it an honor to be part of such a remarkable and empowering team. As she works alongside Jessica, Dianara continues to absorb knowledge, refine her expertise, and looks forward to advancing her long-term goal of becoming a nurse injector in the near future.
Brenda Arsenault- Patient Coordinator
As a Patient Coordinator at JSJ aesthetics I'm passionate about creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors. With a strong background in customer care with over 20 years of experience and a genuine interest in health, beauty, and wellness, I strive to ensure each patient feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their journey.I specialize in scheduling, patient communication, and treatment plans while also acting as the first point of contact for new and returning clients. My goal is to provide exceptional service, build trust, and help every patient feel confident in their personalized treatment plan. Beyond coordination, I take pride in making each visit smooth, stress-free, and tailored to the individual.
Jill Francisco, NP
Jill Francisco brings over 18 years of experience in the nursing field, including more than 13 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Vermont and began her career at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). While working at MGH, Jill pursued her Master’s in Nursing at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, specializing in Acute Care.
Throughout her career, Jill has worked in both hospital and outpatient settings, gaining extensive experience in Urology and medical infusion therapies. In 2017, she transitioned into Aesthetic Medicine—a field that quickly became her passion.
Jill is highly trained and certified in Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, PDO Threads, PRP Injections, Laser Treatments, Sexual Wellness, Medical Weight Loss, and Hormone Replacement Therapy. Her comprehensive approach integrates aesthetics and wellness to help clients look and feel their absolute best.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, Alex, and their two children, Liam and Declan. She loves skiing, visiting Maine, reading, and all things skincare and makeup.
Jill’s personal goal is to make every patient experience truly one of a kind. She focuses on enhancing natural beauty while prioritizing education—empowering her patients with the knowledge to care for their skin and overall well-being.
Olivia Mancini- Medical Esthetician
Olivia is a Licensed Aesthetician whom graduated from Elizabeth Grady in 2019, since then Olivia has specialized in delivering advanced skincare treatments that combine precision, professionalism, and results. Skilled in facials, corrective skincare treatments and product knowledge, Olivia’s specialties is everything from relaxing facials to laser facials, hair reduction and skin rejuvenation! Dedicated to helping her clients achieve and maintain healthy, radiant skin while staying current with the evolving industry techniques, treatments, and technologies. Olivia loves building lasting relationships founded on trust, care, and expertise. Her goal is to providing customized treatment plans that support both the health and confidence of every client!
